To Buy: Follow 6 Easy Steps...
  • If you are a new user then you must register for a user account by clicking “Sign-Up” which is located on the top-right corner of the website. If you already have a user account then simply “Sign-In.”
  • Browse or search for the event or ticket that you wish to purchase. This can be done by clicking on one of the categories in the main menu and using the appropriate filters. You can also search by entering keywords in the search box to the left of the main menu.
  • When you find the event or ticket that you wish to purchase, click on the event and then the “Go” button. This will take you to the purchasing area where you can select your ticket types and the quantities for your order.
  • Select the quantity of each of the available ticket types that you want to purchase and then click “Confirm Selection.”
  • You may change the name that will appear on the ticket here. Some events may require identification from each ticket holder. Select your payment type and complete the details before clicking “Verify Order.”
  • This is the final step! Ensure that both your ticket order and payment details are correct. You may click the “Back” button to make any changes. Click “Complete Payment” to process your purchase.

Additional Information

  • Your recently purchased tickets will be available to you as a PDF file through the "My Tickets" tab to the left of your user account area. Direct links to these tickets will also be sent to you via the email address associated with your user account

  • Your PDF ticket can be used for entry via the Print-at-Home method using a desktop printer or by opening the PDF ticket on a Mobile Device. View a sample here of our PDF Ticket.

  • For entry into the event, you may either access and print your PDF Ticket(s) from within the “My Tickets” section of your user account area as described above or download and save the PDF Ticket to your mobile device for presentation at the entrance.

  • Your ticket(s) contain a unique barcode which is your entry pass. Please ensure that your keep your ticket(s) securely.

  • Unauthorized duplication or sale of your ticket(s) is prohibited. Only one (1) entry will be allowed per ticket barcode which is verified on entry. In cases where a duplicate of your ticket or barcode may be presented for entry, organizers may consider this as a breach of the Terms of Use on behalf of the ticket purchaser, and entry may be denied.

  • If your ticket is stolen or lost you may reprint the ticket. At any time you may log in to your user area on the website and access your ticket(s) from the "My Tickets" tab, through the "Ticket" link to the right of the listed event. If however, you suspect that someone may attempt to enter the using your ticket(s), please contact us prior to the event day. We will issue a replacement barcode and ticket to ensure entry.

  • Information on the various forms of payment that we accept and details on the calculation of our fees can be found in Payment Solutions and Service Fees sections of the website.
  • An invoice of your purchase can be generated upon your request.
